Do you charge just for showing up?
On-site time is billed at $80/hour with a one-hour minimum — so a visit starts at $80, even if the fix takes ten minutes. You approve the work before we start, so there are no surprise bills.
I called and got voicemail — now what?
Leave a message — we're usually out fixing someone's computer. We return calls the same day during business hours, and texting this number is often fastest. The form below works too.
Can you really fix it the same day?
Most common jobs — screens, batteries, tune-ups, virus removal, upgrades — are finished in one visit. Anything that needs a special part gets ordered and fitted on a return trip.
Do you work on Macs?
Windows PCs are the bread and butter; many Mac jobs (diagnostics, upgrades, data, Wi-Fi) are covered too. Ask about your specific machine.
What about my files and privacy?
Your data stays yours. If a job involves moving or wiping a drive, we agree exactly what happens to your files before touching anything.
How do I pay?
$80/hour for time on site, one-hour minimum, settled at the end of the visit once the machine is working. Card or cash — no prepayment for standard visits.
